Here’s how we handle Shipping and Returns

Under normal circumstances we will process and send your order within 48 working hours. Orders within Sweden are sent with PostNord. International orders are sent with either DHL or UPS. Delivery times depend on the destination but we will do our utmost to get our gear to you swiftly. Orders at or above 80 EUR in Sweden, 150 EUR in the EU and 250 EUR in the rest of the world are eligible for free shipping, otherwise there is a shipping fee. VAT (25%) is included in the price for orders within the EU. When ordering from countries outside the EU import tax and additional duty may apply according to local regulation at the delivery of your order. In Scandinavia you can expect to have your products within 3-5 days while you should allow for another 1-2 days for your order to arrive in the rest of Europe.

We have a 30 day return policy starting from the day when your order was placed. Any returned item must be in its original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, with any labels and tags intact. Once we have received your returned item(s), a refund will be issued within 12 working days through the original payment method. You are responsible for the item(s) until we receive them.
PS: If your original order was above our minimum order value for free shipping and your returned items take the order total below the free shipping minium the refunded amount will be reduced with the original shipping cost.
To return an item:
1. Send us an email to email@example.com letting us know that your package is on its way.
2. Send us the unused product(s), preferably in its original packaging, to:

3. As soon as we’ve verified that your products are in perfect condition we will send you a refund.
All of our products come with a 2 year warranty. If you wish to make a warranty claim, use the CONTACT menu to get in touch with us.
